March has arrived like a lamb. We can add that to our unusual weather for 2010.
The days are ever so slowly getting warmer. We've seen the sun the past couple of days. The snow is melting. Much of the front yard and woods are uncovered. The grass that is visible is very sad looking. It is all smashed down and brown.
The days are getting noticeably longer. It has been wonderful to have dawn arrive before CJ leaves for the bus. Daylight savings time arrives soon and with it the hope of summer!
I think I would have left home if you had chosen to make pierogis. I'm really impressed!
ReplyDeleteMarch here is also a welcome respite which I have been making the most of in the garden and in the city with walking errands, walking just for fun and today working out with Mike down by the riverside. The series of rainy days which start Thursday might get rid of the snow "mountain" at the corner which is now down to 3' high. So, onward to another day's welcome dose of Vit D!
