That is so discouraging. We just keep getting rain but some areas get a coating. Thought of the fun I had w you and CJ wandering around Society Hill last week as I walked the same streets yesterday on the way for a haircut. Took some detours still looking for spring. The Magnolia buds have turned pink but are still just buds even on the trees which always bloom first. A few Cherry trees bloom but are kind of dull looking.
The only good thing I can say about cold temps is that the daffodills and forsythia in my garden are long lating. Two of the buds on my October blooming Camellia got tiny flowers the same day my Quince got it's first bloom.
